Established in 2006, Mad Cows Design has been dedicated to providing high quality automotive apparel for automotive enthusiasts. We pride ourselves on quality, customer service and making every purchase you make fast, safe and easy. We focus on providing apparel that illustrates owner’s love for their cars, bikes, drift cars, track cars, weekend warriors, drag cars and even dailies.

At Mad Cows Design, we make sure that every one of our team members is knowledgeable about the products we sell. Not only does our staff aim to provide excellent service, they are also strictly devoted to their cars and the automotive community. Because our team is made up of automotive enthusiasts, we are able to instill our passion and devotion into our apparel.

Unlike other shirt designs, our designs never dry out, crack or fade, no matter how many wash/dry cycles you put it through. Our devotion to quality is extremely important to us. As always, we stand behind our 100% guarantee. If you don’t love it, send it back and we will do everything in our power to make it right, even if it means a refund. We specialize in providing customized and personalized racing shirts and custom t-shirt designs for auto forums, clubs, and enthusiast groups! We offer special group pricing for large orders. Whether its custom shop uniforms or custom flags and decals for your local car meet. We have a design team on hand, ready to provide one-of-a-kind designs that will put your business, community, or meet on the map. Once you place your order we will have your shirt ready to ship out to you via USPS First Class or Priority within 1-4 business days. To keep shipping cost down for our customers, we ship without tracking numbers, but USPS First Class transit is a safe and fast method to ship shirts. Many of our customers receive their shirts within a few business days.

We reserve the right to rescind any sale of good(s) due to typographical errors on our website at the time of purchase.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All items can be returned within 21 business days. If a return or exchange is necessary, please repackage the item(s) in the original container along with the receipt and a note letting us know the service needed (i.e. "return" or "exchange for size insert size here"). Please ship item with a valid carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) that includes a tracking number or delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for loss packages that do not arrive on return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost should you want to return/exchange an item.

Apparel, Headwear and Flags:

As always, we live by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your shirt or hooded pullover doesn't fit, send it back and we will exchange it out for the correct size. If your shirt doesn't live up to your expectations, send it back and we will refund your money as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. Please note: Custom order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrived damaged or unmistakably incorrect (ex. wrong color, size ordered). Custom orders consist of items that are not standard to the images and samples displayed on our website: any relocation, design change, additional design, etc. requested by the purchaser.

Decals:

Decals can be returned only if the decal has not been peeled or applied. Please check the quality and appearance of the decal before peeling/applying.
